Our Resident Services program is designed to promote wellness, foster meaningful relationships, and create a vibrant community where every resident can thrive.

We are proud to offer a welcoming environment where residents feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home. For many who choose Mattapan Heights and Foley, affordable housing is an important factor - but what keeps residents here is the strong sense of community and care they experience every day.

Through ongoing conversations and daily interactions, we understand what makes our residents feel engaged and fulfilled. While amenities have evolved over time, our commitment to supporting residents’ well-being has only grown stronger.

We actively collaborate with trusted community partners, including:

  • Local neighborhood businesses and organizations

Programs & Activities for Every Interest

Our calendar is full of opportunities to stay active, social, and connected. Residents can enjoy:

  • Weekly Coffee Hour – a relaxed space to socialize and connect
  • Bingo & Game Nights – fun and friendly competition
  • Arts & Crafts Programs – creative expression for all skill levels
  • Health & Wellness Workshops – supporting physical and emotional well-being
  • “Doc Talks” and healing circles – open conversations about health and life experiences
  • Holiday celebrations and seasonal events – bringing joy throughout the year
  • Volunteer opportunities – giving back and staying engaged
  • Brown Bag Food Distribution – supporting access to healthy food
  • A growing Community Garden in partnership with GrowBoston

In addition, we proudly hosted our first Mattapan Campus Resource Fair in June 2024, bringing together 15 community organizations to provide residents with valuable information and support. We look forward to continuing this event as an annual tradition.
